1 Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any apiP2P software product ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2 License
Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own devices. "One-time payment, lifetime license" means no recurring fees — you own the license indefinitely.
- You may install the Software on multiple devices you personally own or control.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software to third parties.
3 Refund Policy
Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for reasonable cause, including serious bugs that prevent normal operation or failure to deliver the promised open-source product. Subjective dissatisfaction or change of mind is not eligible for a refund. Refund requests should be sent via Telegram or email with a description of the issue.
4 Permitted Use
The Software is designed for automating P2P trading operations on supported cryptocurrency exchanges. You agree to:
- Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and exchange terms of service.
- Take full responsibility for your trading activities and API Key security.
- Not use the Software for any illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
5 Prohibited Conduct & Disclaimer
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or public distribution of the Software is strictly prohibited. The Software is provided solely as a tool — the developer assumes no responsibility for any losses, legal consequences, or damages arising from illegal use, misuse, or use in violation of applicable laws or exchange terms of service.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or specific trading results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk — past performance does not indicate future results.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apiP2P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, funds, data, or trading opportunities, arising from the use of the Software.
8 Support & Updates
Purchase includes deployment support, usage guidance, and software updates. Paid users receive priority Telegram support (typically within 30 minutes). We reserve the right to modify the scope of support services at any time.
9 Intellectual Property
The apiP2P brand, logo, and website content are the property of the apiP2P team.
10 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms, particularly if the Software is used for illegal purposes or redistributed without authorization.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
