If you contact us via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email, we receive only the information you choose to share (e.g., your message content, contact handle). We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties.

4 API Key Security

All API Keys you enter into our software are stored locally in configuration files on your own device. They are used exclusively to sign API requests to your chosen exchange (Binance, Bybit, or OKX) via HMAC-SHA256. Keys are never transmitted to our servers because we do not operate any servers that interact with the software.

5 Open Source Transparency

All our products are fully open source on GitHub. After purchase, you are encouraged to audit the source code to verify that no data is collected or transmitted. This is our strongest privacy guarantee.

6 Third-Party Services

Our software communicates only with the official APIs of the exchanges you configure (Binance, Bybit, OKX) and, in the case of the Auto Transfer Bot, with Google Gemini AI for image recognition. Please refer to each service's own privacy policy for their data handling practices.

7 Children's Privacy

Our products are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
